These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and tik666 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the tik666 website located at https://tik666.org and all associated services, games, betting markets, payment facilities, and promotional offers made available through the platform.

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, playing a game, or otherwise accessing any part of the tik666 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the tik666 platform and close your account. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and a translated version of these Terms (if any), the English version shall prevail.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active tik666 account, you must meet all of the following criteria at all times:

• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming and sports betting services is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded or self-excluded from the tik666 platform or any affiliated platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a tik666 employee or contractor involved in platform operations.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not registering or using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activity.

tik666 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and residential address at any time, including at the point of registration, withdrawal request, or account review. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh.

3.1 Registration Process

To access the full range of tik666 services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during sign-up. You agree to promptly update any information that changes after registration. tik666 reserves the right to close or suspend any account where registration details are found to be false, incomplete, or misleading.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

tik666 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests and periodically during active account operation. You may be requested to submit any or all of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (NID, passport, or driver's licence)
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of registered bKash/Nagad/Rocket account matching the name on your tik666 account)
• Source of funds declaration for high-value accounts

Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold pending completion of KYC verification. tik666 will endeavour to process KYC documents within 48 hours of receipt during normal business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).

3.3 Account Suspension and Closure

tik666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: a player breaches any provision of these Terms; fraudulent, collusive, or abusive activity is detected; a player fails to complete KYC within a reasonable period; or a regulatory obligation requires us to do so. In the event of closure due to player breach, remaining balances may be forfeited.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tik666 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Visa and Mastercard cards issued by Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and others. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on tik666 is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit cap, though high-value deposits may trigger additional verification. Deposits are credited to your tik666 wallet in real time following confirmation from the payment provider. tik666 does not charge a fee on standard deposits; however, your payment provider's own transaction fees (if any) are your responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–24 hours during normal operating hours, subject to completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. tik666 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for first withdrawals or requests above threshold amounts.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on tik666 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). tik666 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals at this time.

6.1 General Bonus Policy

tik666 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bet credits, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, the BPL season, and the ICC T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, which take precedence over these general Terms where they conflict.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms, bonus funds and free bet credits issued by tik666 carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal of associated winnings can be processed. Wagering requirements, minimum odds thresholds, eligible game contributions, and bonus expiry periods are specified in each individual promotion's terms. Players are advised to read all offer terms carefully before opting in.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

tik666 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or winnings derived from a bonus in the event that tik666 determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer; placing low-risk or hedged bets specifically to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk; and exploiting technical errors or unintended odds to generate bonus-funded winnings.

6.4 Refusal of Bonuses

Players may decline a bonus at the point of eligibility. Once a bonus has been accepted and credited to an account, it cannot be reversed without forfeiture. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tik666 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, transmit, or otherwise exploit any tik666 content without our prior written consent.

The tik666 brand name, logo, and the domain tik666.org are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of these marks in connection with any product, service, or content is strictly prohibited.

8.1 Platform Availability

tik666 aims to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service outages, or circumstances beyond tik666's reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, government orders, power failures, or telecommunications disruptions). tik666 accepts no liability for loss of winnings, missed betting opportunities, or other damages arising from platform downtime.

8.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tik666 excludes all liability for indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of the tik666 platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of business opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, even if tik666 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.3 Maximum Aggregate Liability

In any case where tik666 is found liable to you, tik666's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the value of funds held in your tik666 account at the time the relevant claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by tik666's negligence, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by law.

tik666 is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and controlled gaming among all players in Bangladesh. As a condition of using the tik666 platform, you agree to make use of the responsible gaming tools available within your account, which include deposit limit controls, session time reminders, loss limit settings, and self-exclusion options.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising between you and tik666, you agree to first contact tik666's support team at [email protected] and allow a reasonable period (not less than 14 calendar days) for the matter to be investigated and resolved informally. tik666 will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 48 hours of receipt and provide a substantive response within 14 days.

10.3 No Class Actions

You agree that any claim or dispute against tik666 shall be brought solely on an individual basis and not as part of any class, collective, or representative action. You expressly waive any right to participate in a class action against tik666 to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

10.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with an enforceable provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

11.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the tik666 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and tik666 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, and agreements, whether written or oral.

11.2 No Waiver

tik666's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision in the future. Any waiver of a specific breach shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.

11.3 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or sublicense your rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party without tik666's prior written consent. tik666 may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction, including in the context of a corporate restructure, merger, or acquisition.
